When old things begin to fade, there can be a sense that they have died. That whatever you used to have cannot be restored. But this is where the fall season proves us wrong. Things do come and go, but there is more waiting on the other side. New life comes after the old leaves decay.
In business, I’m learning it is often the same. A project is coming to an end, software is becoming outdated, but there is always opportunity to make things new. To renovate or reconstruct or recalibrate.
What’s New at Telos?
We have been hard at work over the summer and early fall!
Below are some of the highlights of our work…
“Make” Automation Platform
This has been an incredible asset to our business. Through Make, we have a simple way to implement custom code which is repeatable, reliable, secure, compliant, and flexible. I have built marketing, data processing, sales, and security automations all on this platform. And we are ready for more, starting at just $100/month.
Cyber Security Services
That’s right! Telos is heading into the world of Cyber Security, since I (Bob) had such a long and successful career in threat analysis and network defense, I was itching to get back to offering security services to clients. So Telos is becoming a true MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider), I have already picked out products to offer to clients, and we are ready to begin onboarding. Along with the MSSP, I will be offering penetration testing, overall security assessments, etc. as needed as a consultant.
Internships
Telos has its first intern starting this month (November). She is going to do a great job! Hopefully we will be able to get her dealing with the onboarding and introductions for the Managed Security Service, but until then, I will be teaching her about Threat Modeling, Web App Penetration Testing, and other security topics.
That is all that is going on here at Telos. Please keep praying for us to deliver excellent service to our customers, and I will keep running Telos until there is no longer a need.
Please leave a comment or contact me here if you are ready to engage in some cyber security or custom software solutions!
